tobacco free campus ?

Tobacco free campus! Claims the poster . True , none smokes in broad day light in the campus .Without this rule the situation will definitely not look ..eh in fact even smell good.let us look at why this rule is implemented .Not to talk about the ill effects of smoking it is considered as the smoker's lack of concern to people around since it not only effects his health but also of others. I see this as the reason behind the educational institutions and other organizations adopting the 'no smoking' policy.




Then what is this ? Seems like a gang of smokers are letting out carbon monoxide! Aren't the college officials watching this ? What would they do once they are aware of ? Suspend them from the college ? Expel them from the hostel ? or the most famous one , no prizes for guessing it , a heavy fine zeroing the account balance !



I was inqusitive to know about this vigorous smoker who once in a week smokes tonnes of wastes including polythene , grass , cardboard , paper and a lot other ingredients . Seems like a complex dope formula ! Even after warnings from my friends of not to go near him i went so close to him that i had to smell much more soot than anyone else and later fall ill.He was surrounded by dense smoke stinking so bad which could make anyone feel the agony of a tb patient. I couldn't actually see his face but i could understand the state he is in. He was on a high.He wasn't bothered about others who feel the real pinch in the form of illness, around five hundred was the number a survey revealed.Poor fellow ,he wasn't even aware of what he is doing.I thought i could help him out and every time i go to him he says he ll stop smoking and only later i realize that dope addicts lie a lot. I have consulted specialists in the nearby municipalities, ngo's and all the centers which promised a solution. At last after a lot of work and effort i did get a perfect rehabilitation procedure in hand and asked him to follow to lead a healthy life. He said yes and this was the n+1th lie.This man seems to be immune of the dope as well as the problems of the people i realized.Even now continues my attempt of making him understand of what he is doing but not bothered is the big man there.He seems to say this indirectly, "i am the one who passes orders , makes rules and runs the show , my name is management i can smoke a lot more than tobacco in the campus ! "
